Sir,

I am a business man. As per the advice from my friends, I have decided to buy the Honda Activa scooter. I have booked the scooter from one of your authorised dealers M/S EVM Honda, Mulanthuruthy, Mobile No : 9895759500, four weeks back.

When I went there for booking I have told them that I need only minimal accessories that are necessary and will provide the list at the time of delivery. Day before yesterday, they have called up and told that the scooter is ready with a lot of accessories and Teflon coating. Since we don't need the accessories that they offered, I have given them the list of accessories that I need. Following are the accessories that I need.

1) Number Plate

2) Mud flap

3) Bumber cover guard (Front)

4) Side stand

5) Mat

6) Ladies Foot rest

But, they told me that without the accessories that they are offering (Worth more than Rs -), they will not deliver the scooter. They told me to cancel the order. I don't think the company (Honda) will force me to buy the accessories that I don't require.

Actually I have arranged the finance through a bank and the delay will make lot of loss for me. Also I afraid of any price hike.

I hope wiser counsels will prevail and the needful will be done from your side.
