This complaint is for very poor service of barclay bank. I applied for barclay bank credit card last year in 2007 however I have not received the card till now. and I complaint for the same many times on their customer service number and also I wrote many mails to them however I got only electronic reply in which written "Thanku for writing to barclay we take this request seriously" however nothing has been done so far. I also received call from their mumbai head office and they knew about that issue however they said it's not there job whether u receive the card or not they have forward the complaint to Backend department. Same reply I got when I call on customer service number. These guys are sucks can not provide good customer service. receive so many messages from barclay bank and get so many pamphlets at my residence address. This is completely bullshit. Barclay customer service is really poor.
