Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking
I booked gas for home delivery on 23 Jan 08 on phone I asked about the booking number but I was not given and neither cylinder was reached up to 15 Feb then I again called to agency then he said your demand has not been book till today and I am now booking you demand. When he was asked why demand was not booked on 23 Jan 08 then he said he did not know
Now the question is how long a gas cylinder will provide cooking gas whether it will provide gas for a month or two or three? and what is the use of having second cylinder which is lying empty for a year?
I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 16325100
