POOR SERVICE and CONSUMER REDRESSAL

Dear Sir,

I am facing regular problem in getting refil cylinder from MAA TARINI GAS ENTERPRISE, Sambalpur. I booked on 27.02.2008 to get delivery on 25.02. booked on 29.07.2008 to get delivery on 30.08.2008 and now booked 21.10.2008 but till date did not get any refill. Every time I visit the Distributer they wrote my consumer no name and address in a register and commit to send it within a day or two, And I have to visit again on the 3rd day to get the same action. Last time I made a telephonic complain to Local Sales officer and he could send me a refil on the same date (30.08.2008). Now disgusted with the service of the HPCL I made a complain through its web page to get only a number (08014923/ 18.11.2008) unfortunately I did not get even an acknowledgement. I astonished the poor consumer redressal system of HPCL. I understand there may be problem or two but What is the bench mark they them selves have set? and for how log?

I am living with my old Grand ma, Old Parent and two school going kids. For last two days we are out of LPG . I am working on a public sector corporation and can not run every now and then to the Distribuer for refil. On 18th morning when I rang up the Distributer they told me send a refil by evening. I also feel that this is not only my problem and many of common man are facing this problem but are not able to get a fourm. And I may be harrased further in booking and getting refill in future.

Can any body suggest what should I do
