Non refund of excess tax deducted

Hello Sir,

1.I filed my ITR-2 for the Assessment year 08 on 28.07.07 vide receipt no 30219266/28.07.07 for Rs. 12618.00.

2. I filed my ITR-2 for the assessment year 09 on31.07.08 vide receipt no 10805230/31.07.08 for Rs.1344.00

I have not recieved any of these rfunds so far.
