I am an unfortunate consumer of HPCL registered with the MULUND-W dealer, It is most unfortunate that I chose HPCL. The staff handling the office are most arrogant, rude, and absolutely uncourteous. The lady by the name Minal has gone as far as to say that "vedi aahe", "ladat aali aahe" etc etc all within my hearsay, and to add to this Mr. Shailesh who attended my call had this to say on my enquiring why the consumer would have to travel from the west to the east for a name and address change request "CUSTOMER BHAGWAAN NAHI HAIN". Really in this day and age can some one really get away with this sort of rudeness???

My Requirements/ Grievances:

1) Change of Name & Address

Simple isnt it? NOt for HPCL though according to them having a ration card is a must. They go to great lengthsto enquire what kind of marriage I had LOVE or Arranged (is it any of their Business???). When te connection, the flat everything is in my name and I have the neccessary documents to prove and substantiate the same, why the insistance for a RATION CARD. CAN somebody at HPCL please resolve my problem?
