My consumer numbr is - 605695. I have a new connection now. However, I was compelled to buy Gas Stove & dealer was arrogant on the same. Documents were not issue on time. When issued, I have been a given a receipt for Rs 2600/- only whereas I have paid Rs.5300/- No recepit or document has been issued for the differential amount. When asked, dealer was very adamant & said "its a company policy".
Respective Sales RM didn't answer any call. His number was written on the board in the agency office. His name however, isn't mentioned but the number is 9419109282. Tried this number many times, but no response at all...
Is this called a Customer Service which is given by a Gas agency?? Petroleum business is given a subsidy from the money which we pay as Taxes... A business which run out of our own money & we are the victim of ill practices of the same business by paying money on both the sides!!!
