Rude behavoiur of Mechanic

My Gas is booked by my mother in law name Consumer No.640926 at Wadala with Doshi Brothers.

First of all no one picks up the phone immidietly today in the morning i lodge a complain to above HP Dealer about Gas Leakage of my cylender and agent was saying will go but in cylinder delivery vehicle and will replace my cylender if reqd. I said boss i will pay visit charge then too he not agreed finally in evening he went to my residance but after checking all he went out saying will come after an hour till time what about my family safety and the moment i spoke to him and said u dont shout on me next time we will not deliver ur cylender and u have to come to us and take cylender on ur own. Do whatever u want we dont affraid what non sense is this are they are there to help or gunda or bhai to kill somebody
