Misleading info from your employee about my warranty to avoid giving me sevice

Dear Sir,

It is very unfortunate that a company of your repute is misleading the customer with false information. Below is the waranty report of my product copiied from your official website. It is very much active and live.

Due to your misleading information i suffered tremendous mental torture and finiancial losses. I request you to solve my problem at the eariest. I will make sure that I will exercise all my consumer right laid down by Govt. of United States Of America And Govt. Of Republic Of India.

You are personally responsible for my irrepairable losses. I am sending the copy of your irresponsible mail in black and white to the top H-P authorities in U.S. and India.

I bought this (Hp Pavilio dv-6775us) from M/s. FAR'S ELECTRONICS, Store #23, Houston; 10241 North freeway I-45 (U.S.A.), Customer # 32080321 on Jan.-01.

I don't understand how it is become out of warranty! How customer will come to know about your product serial no. is within warranty period or not at the time of purchasing.

The warranty should be cover from the date of purchase, so my laptop still within warranty period, so, pls. provide me recovery disk without any extra charges.

Your kind cooperation will be appreciated.
