Purchased a laptop Hp pvillion dv 5 in january and i was entitled for a free gift offer {phillips home theatre system. As required i sent a DD of rs. 1499 with all the required documents. After obtaining a number on the bill from the hp redemption cell i sent it to Hp redemtion cell on 12-01-09 as per the condition that the free gift would be delivered within the time priod of 6 weeks, but it has been 8 weeks since then and the free gift has still not been delivered to me.
