Hp pavillion Dv4 1131 tx
Gift not recieved even after the expiry of 6 weeks

I purchased HP pavilion series laptop in the month of december and then within 15 days, i sent Rs1500/- DD and original stickers for the free gift. You mentioned it will take 6 weeks to deliver but i have still not recieved it.

i hav even recieved an acknowledgement 11 days ago... it said that my documents are being processed...

Please do send my free gift (5.1 home theater) at the earliest.
