I PURCHASED A LAPTOP COMPAQ PRESARIO Notebook.
DURING Jan AND I WAS ENTITLED FOR A FREE GIFT OFFER. AS REQD. I SENT A DD FOR RS.1299/-as transportation charge (from delhi). WITH ALL THE REQD.DOCUMENTS.there is delay of more than 1year.and .. stillill gift is not received.
they sent a mail that they have processed and dispatched the free gift, but no information is available to the courier through they has sent the gift...
