I had bought my (hp pavillion dv5 - 1104 TU) laptop in 03 jan and i had sent all the required documents to the redemption cell and i have not received my gift (home theater 5.1 phillips) till now. i called that place many times & but now i try to call then they don't pick up the phone & they didn, t send my gift.hp doesn't look like willing to give me my gift. HP is making a fool of Indian consumers!
