HRTC Ticket Refund
Ticket Refund not received

Dear Sir,

I booked 2 tickets in HRTC Volvo from Delhi to Shimla on 11th june. Ticket No. 20120611002317. Thereby due to some mishappening in my family i had to cancel that ticket within 1 hour. They showed that i would get a refund of approx Rs 1300. Its been 10 days, I have still not recd my refund,

Please help.
