HSBC Credit Card
CIBIL report

I was HSBC Credit Card holder. My card was settled and called off on last 19th June. I never got any statement or intimation that I still owe Rs.180.27/- to HSBC as the interest part of my settlement amount. When I applied for a personal loan this year my application got cancelled due to negative report of CIBIL where Rs.180/- is showing as overdue on my HSBC credit Card. When I contacted the bank their representative told that this is the interest part which is still pending. I asked them why the have never intimated me about this, they didnt have any reply. I immediately offered them to accept the amount and give me the receipt. They denied to take any amount that time from me, and assured that they will send a fresh ststement to CIBIL that no dues are there on my account. I repeatedly checked with CIBIL and found that HSBC hasnt sent any positive report to CIBIL. I visited again HSBC and agaiin requested them to settled the matter. Then they finally agreed to received RS.180/- from me and issued the receipt also and again assued me that they will send the fresh statement to CIBIL.They have sent me a mail to collect no dues citificate from any of their branch which I have forwarded to CIBIL also.

Unfortunately HSBC is yet to sent positive statement to CIBIL and still my fresh application of Personal Loan is got rejected. This is a complete harrasement. I sincerely begging help from CIBIL how to go ahead and how to close it... PLEASE HELP ME...
