HSBC Credit Card
NOC not isued after payment done against settlement

Hi,

My HSBC credit card no is 4384 5937 0699 6958. I have done a lumsome payment of 33 K against a settlement done with HSBC bank for my credit card account. This was the full payment of principal ammount. Now this has been 6 months and I have yet not received NOC. Also bank has not updated my details to RBI credit reference division which in turn impacing my credit score. With RBI the status is still that there is an outstanding. This is causing me trouble when I am applying for any loan to any bank.

Even I have done the paymnet to HSBC, I facing this issue.

Any kind of help is appreciated.
