No Response from the Service Cente

Dear Sir,

Iam a Reliance customer since 2005. Previously I was using landline phone of LG make. The phone worked for nearly 3 years, then it developed some problem. Then I enquired Reliance Web World about the replacement of the phone. I was told to wait for a week, as they did not had the stock. Again I went there next week, they told me the same thing (Infact I had visited multiple Reliance Web World, just to confirm whether this is a local problem or a global problem). This went on for almost 4-5 months. Then somehow I got a Reliance Classic Phone. It worked for almost a year then all of a sudden it stopped i.e. it went dead. I went to the Reliance Web World, to know about the service center of Classic phones. They gave me some address, I went there, but I was again redirected to some other address i.e.M/s Govinda Services.

I went there on Saturday i.e. 18th July the lady over there was very rude she did not responded properly. I asked her about the approximate date of getting the phone repair, she told me to call over phone on the weekdays to know the status of phone. I kept on calling on weekdays from 10:00 Hrs to 18:00 Hrs, but just to add up to my frustration nobody picked up the call.

Ultimately I went there on next Friday i.e 24th July. My phone was still lying there in the same condition in which I had left. There was a huge crowd in the service center and it took approx and hour for me to reach at the counter. The person told me that the phone is not repaired and he will call me up next day i.e Saturday. He has not called me up till date.

I enquired about the customer care no. of Classic phone, he said he does not have any numbers.

I asked him (as well as the proprietor), why don't they pick up the call when some rings them, to which he replied, "you can see the crowd here, so how will a single person sitting at the counter cater to both phone and public". I replied why don't you increase the staff. He said they how will we get the profit, if I increase the staff. I was totally stocked to hear this stuff from him. If he was allotted a service center, I think this is the bare minimum facilities which he should have in a service center.

Since then I have been regularly calling at the service center, but as usual nobody picks up the call.

I request you to please do the needful or else let me know the Customer care of Classic phone.
