I am resident Village-Ratta Khera, Teshil-Safidon-126112, Distt-Jind (Haryana). Huda, LAO, Hissar acquired our agriculture land for developing Sector in Teshil-Safidon. LAO, Huda, Hissar Team distributed payment cheques to the concerned land owners on 30-31/08 & 6/9= 3 days only. I have not received the payment cheque of my land acquired. Many other farmers/land owners have also not received their payment cheques till date. After, 6-9, Huda Office, Hissar team did not make their visit at Rest Housse Safidon for making payment to the remaining concerned persons. I sent an e-mail request on 30-9 to know about their scheduled programme for distribution payment cheques to the remaining persons either at Rest House, Safidon like before or at their Hissar Office but I have received no reply either from Huda Head Office Panchkula or from Huda LAO Office, Hissar till now. I am willing to receive the payment cheques in lieu of our land acquired there.
Huda Head Office, Panchkula is requested to kindly issue necessary instructions to their Hissar Office, by e-mail/Fax/ over Phohe for making payment to the remaining concerned persons without further delay because many land owners have already received their payment cheques on 30-31st Aug., & 6th September. I shall be highly thankful to you for extending your kind help to resolve my grievance at the earliest possible.
