Subject: Not recieved Voters ID
Myself Karthikeyan.m residing at thirumazhisai (ponnamallee) in chennai would draw your attention towards the electrol voters ID which i have not recieved till date when loksabha election is as on 30th April. I have filled in two new forms 6 with 1A for myself and my brother. After accepting the form my name is in electrol list.
My brother VoterID Number: UVQ0162099. But I'm forgot the my voter ID number.
On may month there are loksabha election and my brothers to get that voter card (My brother VoterID Number: UVQ0162099) be able to put my vote is our right.
We put of the vote as per the vote listed for myname (PAN card) & my brothers (With voter card).
Still I don't have receiving the VOTER ID.
Hence i request you to please help me to arrange to send the voter ID as possible to immediately and do the needful.
