I gave my first resignation on 2nd of jan. I received no reply from their side. Even after giving resignation i received 3 months salary which is was an approx 45k. Suddenly in march company manager realizes that i am not coming to office and calls me .when i tell him about my resignation .he says please send it again.
so i sent resignation second time on 23rd march .as i was not working i got the salary, they are asking me to pay back now that to full amount of Rs45000 which is impossble for a student who is carrying everything by her own.
And they are threatening me to spoil my career to my parents.
I have absolutely no idea what to do .please suggest me what shall i do?
