Dear Sir,
I am m.g. srinivas unfortunately having credit card and facing finacial problems from them.
1. on dec forcefully received credit card of abn amro bank, and until today I have not used and not even remove the sticker of the credit card from that letter pasted to the credit card. the letter come to me to pay the amount of Rs. 1802-00. I contacted that credit card dept. and told them I have not used credit card. they are in silent and from last 3 months they put that in cibil statement. and that shows the due of Rs. 1802-00. I once again visited m.g. road branch of abn amro and show all the details. they oblige and I have received one phone call that the card is cancelled, n.o.c. will be received within 15 days. but it is already 40 days completed. until now I have not received that letter.
the cibil score is as and the same of low score. I am unable to get the top up loans in that bank.
2. in icici bank they are forced me to take the icici lambard insurance and they are not sending any documents to me. I told them that I have not received any documents and cancel the insurance. they are cancelled and put me cancellation charges. for their mistake I have to pay cancellation charges of Rs. 10000-00. this is not fair. I have make lot of calls and they are not agree to cancel the cancellation charges.
for these reasons the cibil score is low and I am unable to get the loans from other bank. my loan statement is very correct, there is no dues in any loan account.
please help and give suggestions to me to get out from the problems of this cibil statement.
