I, Sameer Kulshreshtha. using ICICI Bank American Express Card since last feb. But some time Back when I was check my online statement of my card its shoking for me. there is 20, 270 wrong transaction.
AT that movement I launch complaint In customer Care in ICICI Bank. but still bank people not intertaing me, sometime said sir it will take 60 days, sometime his system is blocked for routine check up not body entertain me so plz guid me or boooked my complaint against ICICI.
