I also faxed the written complaint several times for which I have

Customer care and now when so much time has passed, they shocked me by saying that no timely fax was made regarding
This complaint.
Again, I was allotted with a fresh complaint no.

Your recovery agents are harassing me by using abusive and objectionable language without keeping an eye on my age also.
Kindly look into the matter immediately so that my trust and faith in your banking is not lost.please a check that no innocent suffers. Hoping for a positive response.
