I purchase a lap-top trough ICICI credit card . and it was promiced to me that they will charge me a proccsing fee in the 1st month and the EMI from next month's but they charged me the procesing fee and the EMI in the same month .. i have to bear all the charges for not paying the full amt...

i, my family have been a loyal customer to icici bank for a long time .i would not Expect this kind of service . form them at any give point and now i would not Recomend icici bank to any of my friends or family members..

i wish my Gravience are take care trough you all
