I am platinum customer of ICICI Bank having all types of credit card gold to platinum, also having Car, Personal & Home loan, ICICI pru life heavy premium Insurances alongwith that I have Salary A/c which is having very good balance through out the year. I am paying my bills in regular fashion, no cheques got bounced every since last five years. Despite of that I have got recovery agents to my home and humuliated me so much in front of all my relatives and neighbours. When I asked the ICICI bank the same I have got following replies
Customer Care: We haven't sent any body, we dont have any recovery agents they are illegal.
after this reply i have handed over guys to local police

We inform that the Physical visit from the collection team was done only when we couldn't establish contact with card holder over the phone and this will be followed to ensure that our credit card holders are aware of their due date for payment on their credit card.
This is done to avoid delayed payments on account of non-receipt of credit card statements, postal delays on delivery of statements. This is also to help you avoid financial charges if the payment does not reflect in your credit card account by the due date.
