ICICI Bank unable to tell me my balance amount (Saving as well as FD’s) till date i.e 2/11

Dear Sir,

Many mail/complaints send to ICICI Bank but till date i.e 2/11 they are unable to tell me my balance amount (Saving as well as FD’s)

Sir I want to know what is my balance amount whether it is saving amount or FD amount till date. So that I can continue with ICICI Bank. Sir I had various FD’S in ICICI bank but as per ICICI statements I am not able to find i.e due to reverse sweep.
