Non submission of provisional statement for claiming deductions under section 24 of I.T. Act, 1964 to costome

I have taken Home loan of 10 lacs from icici bank which account no is LBGHZ00000847587 & EMI is being regularly deducted from my account. I need every year provisinal statement for claiming deduction under section 24 but bank is not sendig regularly above provisional certificate while it is duty of bank to send above certificate at given address without any delay or reminder. Every time I have to remind for this.

My orgnisation has started to deduct income tax from my salary. So I request you to send above statement for financing year 2011as earliest.
