ICICI Bank Credit Card
Wrong interpretition about by name as a credit card user which i have not used any way

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring into your notice that i hv not any of icici bank's credit card, then also you have shown my name & other details, so kindly correct that details which is creating wrong credit about me in banks & other financial services.
