Credit Card Defaulter List

Dear sir,

I want to search that how can I find my name in Credit Card Defaulter List? I had a CC of ICICI Bank in the year 2006. I had paid them all dues in timely. And in the year I had closed that Card.

At present when I fillup a new form for CC of PNB / SBI, the Bank SBI & PNB has rejected my name and told that your name is in Credit Card Defaulter List.

So, I request to you please give the website name where I search my name.

Please help immediately.
