ICICI Bank Credit Card
Cibil problem

Dear Sir,

My name is munish kumar DOB-16/10, Father name-Sh, Amarjeet & My credit card no is 4477466623459004 .from icici bank. Recently i was paid rs-19000 to icici bank. Before paying the all amount icici custmer care was told me if i go for full payment then only my name will remove from cibil list so that i have paid full payment to respective bank. But now today i Have got mail from icici bank CS.My name can not be remove from cibil list. I have paid full payment to icici bank and got the NOC for the same. I want to remove my name from cibil.
