ICICI Bank Cridit Card
ICICI Lombard Insurance

I have taken a ICICI Credit card in they have given ICICI Lombard insurance with card withoout my confirmation. I didn't ask anyone to give Lombard Insurance, and then I cancelled Lombard Insurance. Customer center guys told me to revert the all paid EMIs, but they charged with 50% of cancellation fees.

Now they have given me a mail that, they have authorization of duducting the charges from my Savings Account.

please help me!!!
