When I visted Kalyan branch ur desk offier told me that pay order is lying with Aundh Branch Pune and they will send mail to deposit the same in my salary a/c 028101512256

I don't know on which address D D was sent by courier or by Regd. A D . As more than 1 month passed if it is not delivered it will return back to ur office. Please make stop payment of DD and credit the amount to my salary a/c028101512256.

I hope u will do the needful at the earliest. I have got new land line no, in my residence i.e. 0251-3054298 and our address is D-603 Prafulla Paradise, Near Water Filteration Plant, Kahadakpada, Kalyan - 421301

According to ur mail i have visited ur kalyan branch at 9.06am vide SR CQ055 and met Mr Pankaj he find our in his computer and told me that "pay order is lying in Aundh-Pune Branch and i will inform them after 11 hrs to deposit in SB a/c 028101512256 and confirm u on ur cell.

At 12 hrs i recd a call from some body else and informed me that Mr Pankaj is busy with meeting and i have sent a mail to Aund Pune branch and it will take some times to search out pay order as it is one month old.

I feel instead of solving my problem ur kalyan branch desk officers are just passing the time.

If they take my request letter on 25.4.08 and find out the status of cheque no 047858 of Axis bank seriously it could be resolved on that day it self as it was relished on 23.4.08 but i was first told to wait up to 21 days than 1 month than 1 week and show is going on.

I finally request u to credit the same amount Rs 5384/- in SB a/c 028101512256 immediately to avoid dispute Otherwise i am forced to report this matter higher authorities and RBI.

Today I have received a call from ur office 912222826932 and confirmed details of my 047858 drawn on Axis Bank, Banglore isssued by Microchip Tech.deposited in kalyan branch on 19.4.08 in closed student account no 020301000250, latter on confirmed that above mentioned cheque is laying in suspense account and it will be credited to existing SB a/c No.028101512256 of Goregoan branch after written request.

I told ur officer that I have already submitted the same dully signed by son Mr Parag Jain on 21.5.08 at 8.53am at ur Kalyan branch with copy of cheque and pay in slip and same was acknowledged.

Kindly confirm the same from kalyan branch and pass on necessary instruction to credit Rs 5384/- in a/c no 028101512256 immediately.

I am DB Jain father of Mr Parag Jain visited our kalyan branch at 8.38 am vide my service request no. CQ048 regarding credit of my 047858 drawn on Axis Bank, Banglore isssued by Microchip Tech.deposited in kalyan branch on 19.4.08 in closed student account no 020301000250.

I have submitted written request along with copy of above mentioned cheque and pan in slip, ur officer find out the status in her computer and said that cheque was realised on 23.4.08 but could not find out where pay order was sent and it will take a week time.

I once again request u to find out relevent document and credit the same on my sons salary account no 028101512256 is from Goregoan branch at the earliest and confirm.

Details of complaint: Dear sir,

My father deposited a cheques No. 047858 for Rs 5384/-drawn on Axis bank Banglore, Payable at all banches on 19.4.08 at ur Kalyan branch and wrongly mentioned my old student account No 020301000250 (Parag Jain) which was closed long back instead of my existing account No. 028101512256.

I have sent a written application for the same but ur branch officer said it will take 21day for clearance u enquire after 21 days. On 10.5.08 i visited ur kalyan branch, ur person check out status of my above mentioned cheque and said it will take 2 3 days more but not ready to take my application for correction. I was told to contact customer care service on phone or mail for prompt response and action.

Today 15.5.08 my father visited ur branch and person concern told him that we are unable to find status of cheque in suspence account u please come again after complition of 1 month.

I do not understand how many time we have to visit u branch to get solution.

If i will not get credit with in 2 days than i am forced to write highter authority.

Please look into the matter and give necessary credit of above mentioned cheque for Rs 5384/- from ur suspense account to my a/c no. 028101512256 (Parag Jain) and confirm as more than 25 days have passed.
