Removal of Lien

I hold a credit card of ICICI bank which i got against the Fixed Deposit with ICICI Bank, i have cleared all outstanding dues and now i want to withdraw the amount of Fixed Deposit but i am unable to do so because it is showing a lien on my credit card i had requested twice and its been more than 15 days but still the lien is not removed from my credit card and hence i am not able to withdraw the amount from my fixed deposit account
