Dear sir/Madam
I applied for car loan with ICICI in 2007. I got it and no issue was with this. But on 17/18 July I got a call from ICICI mumbai, She told me that ICICI has issue a credit card to you of Rs.1, 25, 000/-(Golden Card) and we are sending it to you.
I asked to that lady that never I have applied for credit card and I don't need it. Please don't send it and destroy this card. She was agree and 10 aug card has been destroyed as per ICICI record.
After that what happened with ICICI I don't know, Now In august person came to my earlier office at ghaziabad (I left this office on 15 july) and said that there are three transaction in your card amt of rs 1, 32, 000/- I got a call from my office regarding this, I contacted to that guy and told everything that i don't have card and never i applied for this. I asked the credit card number, he has not told me, I asked that please asked your ICICI boss to contact me but no body has contacted me yet.
And this card has been delivered to mumbai, never I went to Mumbai, I contacted to customer care, he told me that this card has been replaced and we got call on 29 june to replace this card, and as per statement 1st trasaction has been done on 3rd july (How fast is ICICI card issuing process), My office address is my earlier office address while I have left this office on 15 july and card has been issue on 29 june.
--ICICI neither tried to contacted me nor to my office.
&My office address has been given of Ghaziabad (UP) and card has been delivered to MUMBAI, ICICi never think that if person is working in ghaziabad (up), then why he is applying from mumbai.
&With in two days process has been completed and transaction also done.
&--Still recovery notice is comming in my earlier office.
&No one is contacting me while I am following it
Please suggest me what shuld I do. My rep is being destroyed by ICICI bank while I have no Liability of Creadit Card.
