ICICI DIrect DEMAT account
Zero balance for three months

I have opened and DEMAT account with ICICI direct in the month of Dec.

ICICI provided me with saving account having the Zero balance.

Now after one year they are deducted Jan 09 Rs 843 & April 09 Rs. 827 for not maintaining the quarterly balance.

I have visited the ICICI bank for the same, but they directed me to ICICI Direct, now they are saying that you have to maintain the balance of Rs. 5000, this was not agreed at the time of opening the DEMAT Account. They provided me additional saving account with Zero balance. Same has been confirmed by ICICI Direct Nashik (Rathchakra) branch.

Please help me in getting this issue resolved.
