I had taken a life time gold policy taken in name of Mr Varun Wassan through India Infoline (Korba Chattisgarh). The agent Mr Mohnish had taken signatures on blank documents stating that information will be filled by his senior Mr Puspender Sharma. Incorrect information was filled to increase there business. The mode of premium was wrongly entered as Rs 35000/- (Thirty Five Thousand) half yearly, which i wanted yearly. Even the residential address was incorrectly entered after receiving the documents, we returned the policy within 10 days so that corrective measures would be taken Mr Mohnish took the policy after accepting his fault. I asked him so many times to provide me the details or photocopy of the documents. I followed Mr Sharma & Mr Mohnish ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudential (Korba Chattisgarh) verbally & through letters. But no information was provided, now I have received there letter stating that i need to pay Rs 3781/- short premium for the activation of the policy. Well it is not my fault & I am not liable to pay for mistakes of India Infoline or ICICI Prudential staff.
