I got ICICI Pru Forever Life (RP) policy in my name (MUKESH BHAGIA) on 16/07 and till date regularly depositing premium in time. Last year I deposited my premium vide cheque No. 539852 Dt. 13/08 personaly in ICICI Prudential Tonk Road Jaipur main office personally and it was cleared on 19/08 as per my bank statement. It is highly surprising that I got letter from the company's Prabhadevi Mumbai branch that my premium has not been deposited and my policy has lapsed and benefits offered have ceased.
Today when I visited ICICI Prudential Tonk Road Jaipur branch and showed them all details then the agreed my premium is lying in suspense account and will be credit in next week in my account. Then tell me how I (consumer) is responsible. Due to silly mistakes of your staff, why customer should suffer loss and get unnecessary tension?
