I have painted three room of my house (living room, dining room and prayer room) with two coats of ICI Velvet Touch after applying two coats of ICI Acrylic Putty. The painting is completed by May. 10 days ago, a white film appeared on the walls which developed into black spots and is now full of fungus.
Company may be requested to take immediate action to correct this fault.
