Dear Sir,
A customer care call saying some offer against my prepaid balace, that recharge with Rs. 14 and you will get Idea to Idea 25 paise, other mobile 50 paise, but I refused becase I am having already a power plus of Rs. 37 just two days back, i.e. 29.09.2009 (with which all call made to idea from 11.00 PM to 7.00 AM is free for 30 days), but inspite of my refusal it is activated with Rs. 14 from my existing balance and also deactivated the previous power plus.
I don't want the existing one (Power plus of Rs.14) so, please look on the matter seriously and please restore the prvious power plus and refund back the money (Rs. 14) to my balance.
