EXCESS BILLING ON ECS

This is in respect to a Idea corporate connection in my name which i have been holding for over 4 years,

Now currently faced with a situation where IDEA barred my calls and i went ahead and made a payment of Rs.10000 at a idea outlet and they have further gone ahead and sent the ECS for the total amount due of Rs. 13486. So and exces amount of Rs.10000 is due to me.

My question is technology has any bearing in a cellular giant like IDEA where records and systems are not real time but the customer calls being barred are prompt.

My monthly bills are minimum 5-8 thousand and the the customer service deapartment is the worst in the way they handle their customers.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I am astonished at the way the Brand is positioning itself " an idea can change you life" but improvement is necessary to sustain your market share and your customers.

CHANGE NOW BEFORE ITS TOO LATE
