The worst customer care ever i have dealt with in my life. I sought help from these guys to activate DND service, and they mentioned a SMS process which i did. Even after the 45 days stipulated time the service is not activated. Called them back and all i got is this "your service will be activated in 45 days". i assume these guys are only trained for couple of sentences in english. I am receiving 12 to 15 calls a day and minimum of 30 sms's from idea with crap adds. My sincere advice plz do not be lured by idea's cheap plans they are the cheapest mobile connection provider in the country by means of customer service and self respect.
