IFB 5.5 Digital Washing Machine
Broken Drum

I bought a 5, 5 Digital IFB washing machine on 27 June from New Berco Electronics, G-3 Central Market Sector 10, Dwarka, New Delhi.

After a month and a half the washing machine while spinning went into overspeed and started jumping the machine was switched off. I made a complaint No.3380687 on 17/8. Authorised service dealer visited on 18/8 and found that the drum was broken and all bolts fastening it had come out.

I request that this machine be replaced at the very earliest as it was only a month and a half old.
