Our 5kg digital washing machine is showing E7 and stops whenever I try to use from past 12 days. I complained about it on March 21st, my complaint # 2842712. Technician saw the machine and told motor has gone and it should be changed and he has to take it to service center. I requested them to do it as early as poossible. Everyday i am making some 10 calls to them and they keep giving some other mobile no. and ask me to call. When i call that number it says switched off... and again when i called back to the previous number they are saying the next day it will be taken. Till now nobody has come.
