Slow Response - in attendign call

I have IFB washing machine, Product might be good but service is lousy.

I made numerous call to the call center, first iw as told complain willbe attned in three workign days. then it became 48 workign hours. That is 6 days, to attend the complain!!! WOW what a great company

Then fortunately my complain was attnedd the third day, I was informed the door handle is required to be changed.

After removing holidays today is 4th day and i was not informed by them about the part availabilty, on making a call to them i was told that if part arrives today then they will ensure in next two working days to get the problem solved or wait till the part arrives. and part is poor Door handle :0
