I-mint and ICICI Bank
COuld not use my earned points due to their poor service and negligence

ICICI bank has transfered all my eearned (reward) points received against the trasactions done on my credit card. For last six months I could not make use of these reward points due to disgusting service and system problems of ICICI banks and I-mint India. I am following up this issue for last six months but it very pianful and toturing experience from I-mint nad ICICI bank. I do not see any initiative from them to care of the customers.

Can you please advice me that how I can take a legal action on them.
