I am customer of your company having consumer no-20581 under your dealer Nobel Indane Gas Sahid nagar, Bhubaneswar. This is to informed you that i booked a gas on 28-1-011 through SMS in mobile no-9437173311 and i got the confirmation booking no i.e11933 on my cell. After 26days i am not getting my cylinder. When i enquiry at your dealer they are telling that your cylinder supplied on 16-2-11.
This type of harrasment they are doing with the customer. I have two cylinder for booking at dealer ship they are taking minimum 21 days after supply of 1st cylinder.
Kindly give me your booking & delivery time between of 2nd cylinder after supplying of ist cylinder.
I want a permanet solution for getting LPG gas.
Plz give your solution in written otherwise i wii go to consumer forum in future.
