Our distributor Gas & Gadgets, Manton Super Market, Shop No. 34, Kolkata - 700034 delaying gas supply in every month. They dont have any uniform system of gas booking. Previously they used to book cylinder after 15 days from the last delivery and again it takes further 2 weeks for supply. So its almost took a month for supply of a cylynder. Despite having double cylinder facility, we are getting facility of single cylinder only. Last week onward they have extended the booking date from 15 to 20 days from the date of last delivery. It further added our pain of getting cylinder on regular basis. One more thing is that the distributor keeps their four telephone lines either busy or out of order most of the time causing difficulty in booking gas.
I, therefore, request the honourable authority to look up the matter and seek uniform practice of booking and delivery of gas.
