Delay delivery of refill of cylande

Sir,

I am having a Consumer No.35978 with the supreme Enterprises- Gas Agency, Vivek Vihar, Delhi. I booked for Gas cylinder on 24.11.2008 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date. I request you to kindly take necessory steps to deliver at the earliest
