I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Dev Gas Agency. I am unable to book the gas for past 6months..they said that my connection became deactivated due non-booking and they said that i need to bring my ration card, address proof with other docs for applying reactivation. I have submitted all the docs for reactivation .. They said they will send the gas mechanic to inspect the gas stove condition to my address but any how i am using a cylinder borrowed from my relative for the time being... but no one has shown up for gas stove inspection... the gas agency says that after inspection only i can book the gas cylinder..and now it is more than 30 days .. i submitted the documents already. What needs to be done to complete the process ASAP?
