Pattammal agencies in west tambaram delivers the cylinder only 15days after the date of booking and the subsequent booking for the same consumer number is done 21 days after the delivery of cylinder and then again the delivery is done 15 days later. Which means that between the delivery of 2 cylinders it takes atleast 51 days. This is highly unfair and causes difficulty for the consumers. I request you to kindly look into this and resolve it at the earliest.
